Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order we are preparing for dispatch, please contact us right away by email firstname.lastname@example.org,quoting your order number and we’ll do our very best to support your request before your order has been processed / dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then please follow our returns procedure.
What happens if my product is out of stock?
We are currently working on a stock management system but until we have sorted out the programme, if an item is out of stock it will be shown next to the product. If there isn’t a sign next to the product which you’ve ordered and we’ve realised that it’s out of stock or there isn’t enough of what you ordered. Then you will get notified by telephone or email to let you know. You can then decide whether you’d like to have it on back order or cancel the product from the order. If on back order the item would usually arrive back with us within 1-3 days.
In the unlikely event that there is a delay from our supplier we will contact you with an updated delivery date and keep you regularly updated.
Any claims for Short delivery / Non delivery must be notified to TLC Synergy Services within 3 working days of receipt of order.
