Can goods be left without a signature?

Our carriers will require a signature for delivery and cannot leave goods without a signature.

Can the carrier telephone me before making a delivery?

Sorry, but we currently are unable to telephone customers before or during a delivery.

Can a carrier deliver to more than one address?

Can be done if ordered on two different orders and changed the addresses.

Can a carrier deliver at a pre-requested time?

The carrier cannot deliver at a requested time but there are options such as pre 9am, pre 10am and pre 12am, all at an extra cost.

Any orders for these options must be placed before 12:30pm Monday – Friday.

What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived or has missing/damaged items?

Any claims for non-delivery, missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported to TLC Synergy within 3 days from dispatch of order.
